If there was a buffet, I was there. If there was a 'quick fix' promising weight loss by Tuesday, I probably gave it a go. And yet—I stayed overweight. Masterfully, consistently overweight.

Now, before you roll your eyes and think, "Here we go, he’s going to flog a diet," let me stop you right there.

I’m NOT promoting any diet. I don’t believe in them. Neither do I use them. And frankly, I think most of them should come with a warning label: may cause madness, disappointment, and late-night fridge raids.

BUT—I use a couple of lifestyle changes. 

  • Not diets. 
  • Lifestyle changes. 
  • And these actually work.

They’re fun, easy, and most importantly—they fit into real life. You know, the one with birthdays, stress, late dinners, and no time for counting almonds.

I’ll explain exactly what the major change was in the next section, but for now, just know this: they changed everything.
