NO MORE EXCUSES — JUST RESULTS
Let me keep this as simple as I possibly can.
Read this next line twice:
In life, you either have RESULTS… or EXCUSES. Never both.
When it comes to weight loss, most people have a long list of excuses…
…and very few results.
You’ve heard it. Maybe you’ve said it:
Ask someone a yes-or-no question, and instead of answering, they give you five minutes of needless drama. We’ve all seen it. We’ve all done it.
But here’s the truth:
Own it. Big hat and all.
As my mum used to say:
“If you’re going to wear a hat — wear a big one.”
In other words: if you’re going to take responsibility, take full responsibility.
We all know that person — the one with an excuse for everything and a result for nothing.
Nobody wants to be them.
And nobody speaks about them kindly, either.
The “I have a gland problem” classic
Ah yes — the old “glandular problem” line.
I’ve got one too. It’s a little gland in my brain that tells me to eat crisps and avoid exercise.
I’ve named it Gerald. Gerald’s a menace.
Here’s the truth:
We’ve all been dealt a different hand in life. Some people gain weight easily. Others can eat like a horse and never change shape.
You’ve got the tools. Now use them.
If you’ve read this far, you’ve got everything you need:
Now it’s time to stop explaining, justifying, and delaying — and start DOING.
You’ve got the power to become as slim, healthy, and strong as you want to be.
Not just for a few weeks. For life.
Next chapter?
It’s all about overeating — what causes it, why it sticks around, and exactly how to reverse the damage.
